P To provide an operation information evaluation system easily performing data communication from an operation information recording device to an operation information evaluation device even when a communication speed is not increased. PSOLUTION: The operation information evaluation system includes: an operation information recording device 30 having a normally image data storage means 38 for normally storing image data imaged by an imaging means 32, a trigger time image data storage means 86 for storing image data in a prescribed time before and after the occurrence of trigger, an operation situation data storage means 39 for storing operation situation data and a first radio communication means 35 for transmitting each data stored in each storage means by radio; and an operation information evaluation device 50 having a second radio communication means 53 for receiving each data by radio from the operation information recording device 30. The operation information recording device 30 is provided with a communication control means 87 for performing control so as not to transmit moving image data among the image data as long as any moving image data request signal is not received form the operation information evaluation device 50.
