Hydraulic excavator of work possible range display device and its control method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational range display unit for a hydraulic shovel, capable of displaying an appropriate operational range even in the case where a vehicle body is in a tilted position.;SOLUTION: An operational range display unit for a hydraulic shovel has a calculation part which subtracts the lower area of a vehicle from an accessible range so as to calculate an operational range. The accessible range indicates the range where a work machine can reach. The lower area of the vehicle is an area located below the vehicle body. The display part displays the operational range. The calculation part defines a boundary line between the operational range and the lower area of the vehicle corresponding to the tilt of the vehicle body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
