PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism controlling agent composition and a microorganism controlling agent formulation that have great effect of controlling microorganism even in low concentration and good storage stability and hardly cause trouble such as corrosion to a chemical feed pump and a chemical feed pipe, and to provide a microorganism controlling method. PSOLUTION: The microorganism controlling agent composition in aqueous system contains as the active components a tri-n-butyln-dodecyl phosphonium salt and a tri-n-butyl-n-hexadecyl phosphonium salt.
