It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel 2-O-α-glucosyl-L-ascorbic acid crystal, a method for producing the same, and a use thereof. The above-mentioned problems are solved by providing O-α-glucosyl-L-ascorbic acid hydrous crystal-containing powders, methods for producing them, and applications.
