The system and method for the radio communication system are offered. As for method, when being the channel which the radio communication system transmits the fact that change is presumed is included. In addition, when the channel is presumed from the signal which was transmitted by the radio communication system the fact that change is decreased is included. Repetitive operation and the component, being efficient, accurate frequency domain equalization is made possible. Frequency domain equalization for the static channel (FDE) structure, because it becomes effective the time in the strange channel, the various processing components removes the component of channel change and or eases, circular convolution recovers. The time vector is decided concerning the strange channel. This vector the frequency domain and shows the response equivalent characteristic efficiency decrease to which it depends on frequency domain equalization between of the time domain corresponds.
