PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process management method and process management system of a manufacturing line for easily obtaining the progress speed of each work, and for easily comparing the progress speeds of the works with each other. PSOLUTION: The process management method of a manufacturing line for performing processing by facing one or more works to a plurality of processors 2 includes: an actual processing time obtaining step for obtaining the mean actual processing time of each processor 2 calculated from the processing history of each processor 2; a cumulative value calculation step for calculating a cumulative value by successively accumulating the mean actual processing time of each processor 2 to which the work is faced after the current point of time in the manufacturing process of a work for each work; and a working magnification calculation step for calculating necessary working magnification by dividing the cumulative value of the mean actual processing time from a targeted target manufacturing time for each work, wherein the process management of work manufacturing is performed based on each calculated working magnification.
