PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 6,000 series aluminum alloy wire rod material having excellent formability, and a method for producing the same, and to provide a high-strength 6,000 series aluminum alloy flange bolt having the fundamental properties such as settling resistance satisfied by this wire rod material, and to provide a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The flange bolts M6 to M12 in particular are formed by using, as the stock, an aluminum alloy wire rod material of fine grains produced by subjecting a 6,000 series aluminum alloy with a predeterined composition to hot rolling, wire drawing and heat treatment, and having predetermined tensile strength, deformation resistance value and structure. The formation of a bolt head 2 with a flange 4 of the wire rod material is easy, and fundamental properties as those of a bolt such as settling resistance are satisfied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
