PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably fix a magnet to be mounted to a periphery of a rotor core at low cost. PSOLUTION: A rotor 10 includes at least one rotor unit 10U. The rotor unit 10U includes a rotor core 6, a plurality of magnets 5 provided at a periphery of the rotor core 6 and arranged toward a peripheral direction of the rotor core 6, and a magnet holding unit 25 that is disposed on both edges of the rotor core 6 and holds the magnets 5. The magnet holding unit 25 includes a circular base 20, a bent unit 21 approaching a side of the rotor core 6 for bending while stretching from each arc on which the magnet 5 does not abut in a periphery of the base 20, and a pressing unit 22 that is provided in the bent unit 21 continuously and presses the magnet 5 to a side of the rotor core 6.
