Various health care services may be provided to a patient via a virtual nurse or interactive user application operating on a user computing device. One example method may include identifying a medical prescription currently associated with a user's health care management record and identifying an initial dosage requirement of the medical prescription. The method may also include generating a series of recurring inquiries in the user's health care management record and receiving responses to the recurring inquires, and determining whether to create a dosage modification based on the responses.
