A method and formulation for the prevention and treatment for Oral Allergy Syndrome (OAS), also referred to as Pollen-associated Food Allergy Syndrome (PFAS), is disclosed. The formulation significantly reduces or prevents symptoms related to Oral Allergy Syndrome while having a superb safety record.
