In a Water Treatment System is described in the present specification, Combining an Electrodialysis device [ed] (which can be an EDR Electrodialysis device [REVERSE]) with an ion Exchange Unit and a bipolar Electrodialysis device (BPED).The ion Exchange Unit, i.e. a unit of weak acid cation Exchange device is placed upstream of the divalent cations of Ed and removes the Water Supply device. The device receives the bped Concentrated saline solution of... Ed system and produces a Regenerating Solution.This solution is used to recharge the unit Regenerating ion Exchange when necessary. This may be an acidic Solution Regenerating Solution.
