PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION BASED ON PAPAIN IN PRIOR DEPROTEINIZATION OF DENTAL ENAMELING TO THE COLLAGE OF ORTHODONIC BRASSETTES. The present invention relates to the use of a Papin-based Pharmaceutical Composition, a proteolytic enzyme extracted from papaya latex (Carica papaya), for its use in the process of prior enamel deproteinization to bond orthodontic brackets. , as well as describe said pharmaceutical composition and its application, which can be used in direct contact with dental enamel or other materials, with applications in the fields of orthodontics and dentistry in general. Enamel conditioners may be employed or not, such as polyacrylic acids or phosphoric acids. In addition, another feature of this new product is that it can be used with any type of resin to bond orthodontic brackets to previously deproteinized enamel, such as resin modified glass ionomer cement (CIVMR), Light-curing composite resin, Transbond XT, Concise, Fluoride Ultrabond, Fluorine Rely-a-Bond, among others available in the state of the art.
