The present invention is a method of preparing a gas-tight feeding batch into the apparatus for thermal conversion of waste and a system for preparing and administering the gas-tight feed to the apparatus for thermal conversion of waste. Comminuted and sorted batch of waste containing hydrocarbons are transferred into the compression chamber, where the air is removed. The charge is milled without air and transported to the degassing chamber and then to the drop chamber of the reactor. The following describes a system for the preparation and administration gastight charge.
