The optimized method of dynamic discharge of load and/or static suspension in vertical position for patients with damage of locomotory system according to the present invention is characterized in that a patient is suspended on at least one suspension cable, whereupon a constant predefined tension is maintained in the suspension cable, optionally suspension cables, and namely through either strain-gauge measurement of the tensile force in the suspension cable and its flexible correction to the predefined value, or through the action of a power motor of the suspension cable winding mechanism at moment mode of operation. This is carried out by a continuous readout of the position of the power motor axis and in case of detection of change in the axis position the position is subsequently corrected within the order of tens of milliseconds by bringing the power motor to its maximum torque within this time and its return to the initial position. The invention further relates to an apparatus for making the above-described method.
