A liquid refrigerant is supplied to the lower heat removal unit, the temperature of which is controlled by the first temperature control unit, and a liquid refrigerant is supplied to the upper heat removal unit, the temperature of which is regulated by the second temperature control unit, different from the first temperature control unit.
