Automobiles produce many different pollutants into atmosphere while using hydrocarbons in the [0081] fuel burning process and causes respiratory health effects, cancer in humans and animals. A [0082] system for control the flow of emissions from the automobile horizontal exhaust with [0083] temporarily changeable vertical extensions and direct the exhaust emissions upward to the[0084] ground level while using hydrocarbons as fuel and reduce the exposure of exhaust [0085] emissions to the humans and animals.
