A system for interacting with content based on a representation of a user on a screen is provided. The system includes a processor, a depth information capturing device, and a memory. The depth information capturing device processes depth information of a gesture by a user. The memory stores instructions to configure the processor. The processor is configured by the instructions to (i) display, on a first subset of a screen on a display unit, content, and (ii) display, on a second subset of the screen on the display unit (a) an interactive menu, and (b) a representation of the user adjacent to the content, (iii) process an input that includes a selection of at least one interactive menu element from the interactive menu. The selection of the interactive menu is based on the gesture by the user.
