Intelligent agent enhanced rule based workflow management system

摘要

ABSTRACT The present invention relates to rule based work flow management system which enhances all types of flexibility i.e. flexibility by change, under specification, design and deviation with focus on all perspectives and facilitate the monitoring, analyzing and prediction or forecast of change during run time in an operational workflow management system. Most of the commercially available workflow management systems (WFMS) facilitate automation at design time. Modern WFMS lack dealing with flexibility at runtime and coordination between intelligent properties at the same time. The iAERWS model keeps ‘Flexibility’ as a control to measure impact on cost, speed and quality of work done by WFMS in an organization. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 which shows model of intelligent agent enhanced ruled based workflow system and Figure 2 of sheet 2 which shows implementation model of AutoFlow based on iAERWS .
