An improved integration of professional networking and job portal interface that facilitates a user to get better integrated of use of professional networking and job portal having resume database storage and management system, wherein a user may create a professional or organization or recruiter profile integrated to the job portal, wherein the user CV / resume is uploaded based on his/her intention of seeking employment or employment change or consulting services or business opportunities. The system also provides the user which aids in adding multiple connections based on their profile matching and also has ability to accurately identify in real-time a set of user profiles most similar to a source user profile is achieved with a general user matched function engine.
