The present invention refers to a electrocardiograph device for the ECG monitoring of 12 leads with Bluetooth for communication with mobiles and a monitoring and communication process, which is intended to provide a specialized diagnosis to family clinics, health units and hospitals, at a low cost with Bluetooth connectivity for transferring the information of the patients in a real time to the specialists and quickly treating the cardiovascular disease and therefore reducing the costs associated to a late treatment. The electrocardiograph device comprises: a) an impedance coupling and protection circuit, which is intended to protect the user from discharges resulting from the device; b) a driven-right-leg circuit intended to create a floating ground in the body of the patient, which is useful as a reference and will eliminate possible interferences of radiofrequency waves external to the patient such as those resulting from the electric wires; c) a circuit of the Wilson central termi nal for obtaining a central reference for acquiring the average of the potentials in the limbs; d) a selector switch for selecting the measurements of the 12-lead ECG in threes; e) an impedance coupling circuit and a passive high pass filter; f) a differentiator and amplifier circuit; g) a circuit for filtrating and conditioning the signal for the digital conversion; h) an analogue and digital converter and signal encryption; i) a Bluetooth communication module; and j) electrodes.
