The present invention develops a process for synthesizing the compound S(+)-2-(4-isobutyl phenyl)propionate from acid (S)-2-amino-5-[(aminoiminomethyl)-amino]pentanoic or generic name S(+)-lbuprofenate of L-Arginine and a process for synthesizing the compound S(-)-2-(6-methoxy-2-naphthyl)propionate from acid (S)-2-amino-5-[(aminoiminomethyl)-amino]pentanoic or generic name S(-)-Naproxenate of L-Arginine. In addition, different pharmaceutical compositions have been developed for supplying the two developed salts in an efficient manner, depending on the conditions of the patient, thus being orally administered in an immediate or extended release, in a solution or suspension, in pediatric or adult doses, in patches for a long-period dosage, in injections, etc. These compositions enable pain caused by diseases or accidents to be treated, also being used in pre- and post-surgical processes.
