The present invention relates to a mixture containing: an aqueous suspension of ultra-fine mineral binder particles containing more than 90% of particles having diameter less than 20 µm, in particular clay that at density of Á = 1.20 to 1.30 T/m3 amounts to 35-55% by weight of the mixture, cement in amount of 10 to 15 % by weight of the mixture, water glass in amount of 0.2 to 0.5 % by weight of the mixture, and dangerous waste in amount of 30 to 35 % by weight of the mixture. The mixture is apt for disposing dangerous waste of industrial or ground rectification origin in underground mine dumps or layered sedimentary rocks formations.
