The composition consists of a granulate containing candesartan cylexethyl, polyethylene glycol and excipients in which the weight ratio of candesartan cylexethyl to polyethylene glycol is between 5:1 and 2:1 and the outer granular phase of the powder mixture,containing amlodipine or its pharmacologically acceptable salt and excipients. The composition is produced by mixing the wet granules with the outer granular phase. Individual dosage forms shall be prepared from the design.
