Mixtures of organic lithium cell solvents consist of 1-99% by weight of at least o ne carbon with a general formula 1 and/or a general formula 2, where R1, R2, R3 and R4 are the same or different and denote hydrogen, fluorine, alkyl group C1-C5, alkenyl C1-C5 or fluoroalkyl with o ne or more fluorides, including perfluoroalkyl where alkyl denotes C1-C5 and 1-99% of the weight of ethylene polyglycol of general formula 3 where R5 and R6 are the same or different and denote hydrogen or alkyl group C1-C5 and n=1-100,including non-exhaustive values. The result also includes electrolytes based on organic solvents described above.
