The invention relates to a method for organic selenium enrichment of garlic to be used in a tablet shape as an immunostimulating product. According to the invention, the method consists in crushing Allium sativum Linn bulbs which are then subjected to the extraction of organic selenium compounds, after which the selenomethionine and selenocysteine fractions are isolated and admixed with the powder resulting from crushing the culture bulb matrix to finally obtain a mixture which is conditioned and shaped as tablets by techniques known per se.
