The invention relates to a device for measuring the blood bioelectric potentials as living tissue, used in the field of laboratory medicine. According to the invention, the device consists of a vacuumed test-tube (), having the role of accumulator, with walls made of plastic or electrostatically neutral glass, provided with a plug () made of electrostatically neutral rubber, with a hollow piece, placed on the inside wall, made of an electrically conductive alloy or metal, representing a positive electrode (), in the center of the test-tube () there being placed a negative electrode () made of silver, copper or alloy, having the size of a syringe needle for intramuscular injections, the electrodes () being connected, by means of some extensions () to an amplifier () coupled to an apparatus () which records the measurement values and represents them graphically, the measurement results being compared with the values existing in a normal data and pathological data base.
