Method of measuring the concentration of liquid binary mixtures picolitre volumes using optical fiber is based on the measurement of buffer wavelength 0 for interfering LP01 and LP11 modes propagating in an optical fiber whose core is formed by investigations of binary mixtures. Since the refractive index of binary mixtures depends on the ratio of each liquid is a mixture, it is possible to determine the ratio used measurement buffer wavelength 0 for interfering LP01 and LP11 modes in an optical fiber, because the equilibrium wavelength 0 depends on the refractive index of the core of the optical fiber which consists of the investigation of binary mixtures. The disclosed method can be used in the design and construction like laboratories on a chip.
