Automatic lighting system of an inverted microscope consisting of power source (1), powered from the mains 230V/50Hz, accompanied by a dimmer circuit (2) with LED module (3). Dimmer circuit (2) controls the intensity of the microscope light, depending on the requirements of the high-speed camera or user. The microscope is connected to the high-speed camera that is by the data wires connected to the PC, and together form a sensing circuit and image processing circuit (4). Based on the parameters of the scanned image the circuit (5) sends control PWM pulses to the dimmer circuit (2). Switching block (7) of PWM is used to change the PWM source - the circuit dimmer (2) can be led either by signals from the circuit (4) of automatic lighting control (when using the high-speed camera) or from the circuit (6) of internal PWM manual lighting control.
