Method of Portland clinker production by firing in a cement rotary kiln with use of industrial wastes and by -products, where in the process of raw material mixture preparation ash from heat energy production containing 13 to 26 % by weight of carbon is added into the raw material mixture and chemical composition of the raw material mixture is modified according to the content of clinker-forming elements in the ash.
