Residential building consists of the main vertical rack galvanized girders anchored to the baseplate by chemical anchors, wherein the vertical rack galvanized girders are connected by horizontal anchoring galvanized profiles and galvanized bracing segments where these parts are assembled to form a steel frame (8), then the vertical galvanized girders with horizontal galvanized profiles and galvanized bracing segments is fixed galvanized outer OSB board (5) forming the outer surface sheet and the inner OSB board (9) forming the inner surface sheet, wherein the wall structure is formed from the inside of plasterboard (11), followed by a vapour barrier (10) to prevent the transfer of vapour from inside the wall, after the vapour barrier (10) is located inner OSB (9), mounted on a steel frame (8), followed by the coating insulating foam (7), preventing heat transfer between inside and outside, after insulating foam (7) is a diffuse foil (6) for outlet of the vapour of insulating foam (7) and behind it is the outer OSB board (5) fixed to the steel structure (8), from the outside is mounted polystyrene (4) and adhesive (3), net (2) and the plaster (1) on it, then the space between the inner OSB board (9) and the outer OSB board (5), which is filed with coating insulating foam (7) is connected without interruption with a layer of coating insulating foam, which is applied in the ceiling structure.
