A method for localization and liquidation of spills of contaminants on hard surfaces and soil during transportation of dangerous goods by surface transport includes consistently performed transportation of a sorbent or absorbent material in the form of a sorption slick bar together with dangerous goods, unpacking the sorption slick bar, creation on hard surface or soil of a barrier using the sorption slick bar; evacuation from the localization area of a spill of liquid phase of dangerous goods, placing on the contaminated surface of the sorption slick bar, collection of the sorption slick bar saturated with dangerous goods, packaging the sorption slick bar saturated with dangerous goods, transporting the sorption slick bar saturated with dangerous goods for recovery.
