The invention relates to the method for production of vodka sortovka, comprising supply of vapors of aqueous-alcohol product on water cooled column filling of installation and isolation of sortovka vodka condensate on filling of installation in a form of reflux, wherein aqueous-alcoholic mixture of vapors is directed along the filling from top downward, in one direction with the reflux, and condensate of aqueous-alcohol mixture in a form of reflux is directed from more heat to more cold part of the installation, wherein cooling agent is delivered on the filling downward, in direction towards the heat and reflux flow, and the finished sortovka is collected in a form of reflux on the bottom column outlet. The invention also relates to the installation for production of vodka sortovka and to vodka sortovka quality control method.
