The invention relates to equipment and methods for investigations carried out by the methods of digital visualization of macro-structures and micro-structures and processes in medical diagnostics. According to the method a flux of plane-polarized light is formed, this is divided to two fluxes – the reference and working ones, the reference flux passes through the system of analyzers as a matrix placed in one plane normally with respect to the flux, and optical system of microscope, then it is divided to two fluxes. The first flux for analysis of distribution of intensity is directed to the matrix of the first digital camera, and the second for analysis of distribution of spectral composition is passed through a sensor that forms interferential pattern, after that it is directed to the matrix of the second digital camera, by means of that one formed interferential pattern is analyzed. Working flux is directed to bio-tissue under investigation, reflected or passing radiation from that, together with diffused light, is directed through the second system of analyzers as matrix with following separation to fluxes like reference flux. The procedure of image obtaining is repeated with change of the direction of orientation of transmission planes in the systems of analyzers. Apparatus for observation of the structure and processes in bio-tissue includes light of polarized radiation of broad spectrum, system of semi-transparent mirrors, optical system of microscope, digital cameras and personal computer (PC). The apparatus includes a sensor, system of semi-transparent mirrors, each of those is fixed on the axle, those are connected to drives controlled from the PC, the apparatus includes the systems of analyzers as matrices, each of analyzers is connected to precision drive, the control systems of each of those are connected to the PC, this is arranged with possibility of element-by-element control of orientation of the transmission plane of analyzers. The inventions provide observation of images of micro-structures in bio-tissue along with determination of information on spectral peculiarities of those.
