METHOD FOR TRANSFORMATION OF DICE MINERAL CARBONATE INTO SUITABLE FOR BURNING FORM

The invention relates to a method for transformation of dice mineral carbonates into suitable for burning form, comprising the following stages: drying of mineral carbonate to residual moisture content equal to 1 wt.% or less, grinding of carbonates to the particles having size of or less, wherein the drying and grinding are carried out in impact-brake mill operated with heat air, bringing to moisture content in grinded carbonates in diapason from approximately 2 to approximately 8 wt.%, mixing of grinded wet carbonates with starch and/or cellulose and/or derivatives thereof, or liquid glass, or treacle and lime hydrate (calcium hydroxide) or waste sulphide-alcohol distillery dreg, wherein added amount of one or more of the mentioned substances in total reaches from 1 to 10 wt.% from the mass of grinded carbonates, compacting of the produced mixture with press arrangement. Using of the method allows to efficiently transform small fractions into suitable for burning form, and to find industrial application for them after burning.
