The invention relates to physics and technology of millimeter/submillimeter electromagnetic range and can be used in manufacturing multi-element emission receivers. A solid integral millimeter/submillimeter receiver comprises a MIS transistor-emission receiver connected to an amplifier, an millimeter/submillimeter antenna connected to the MIS gate of transistor-receiver and a constant voltage source connected to the gate of transistor-emission receiver. The amplifier is a charge-sensitive amplifier, an integrating transistor is connected between the MIS transistor and amplifier, whose source is connected to the MIS transistor drain. Moreover, a storage capacitor is introduced, one plate of which is connected to the integrating transistor drain and source of auxiliary sample transistor, another – to the common contact. The sample transistor drain is connected to an input of charge-sensitive amplifier. Moreover, a constant voltage source is introduced, which is connected to the gate of integrating transistor. Moreover, a pulse voltage source connected to the drain of sample transistor is introduced. Also, the receiver comprises an auxiliary millimeter/submillimeter antenna connected to the source and drain of MIS transistor of the emission source. The basis of the invention – increase of speed of millimeter/submillimeter receiver, implementation of manageable control of signal pass-band and decrease of auxiliary signal influence, that increases volt-watt sensitivity.
