A lamp of emergency light is proposed, this has a housing, the glass made of transparent polycarbonate, panels for LEDs, autonomous power supply (accumulator), at that the panel is made of heat conductive material on its flat surface printed circuit boards are mounted ( "sprocket"), those are made of aluminum, on each of those a powerful super-bright light-emitting diode is placed, this is connected in parallel with others. It contains galvanically isolated from the AC voltage line converter of alternating voltage into direct current with corresponding power, and converter of voltage of accumulator battery to direct current, the inputs of the first one are connected to AC line, and the outputs, in appropriate polarity, are connected to the first inputs of electronic switch of the lamp power supply lines and to the inputs of the charger, the first output of this is connected to the third input of the converter of DC voltage, and the second outputs of the charger device, in respective polarity as well, are connected to the accumulator battery, this in turn is connected to the first inputs of the step-down converter of DC voltage to steady direct current, to the second input of this the first output of the electronic switch of power supply lines is connected, the outputs converter are connected to the second inputs of power line switch, and the second outputs of the last one are connected to the LED power supply lines. The lamp has a built-in charger and the converter of DC voltage to DC current made as controlled. The switch power is made lines electronic.
