METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF RISK DEGREE OF POST-OPERATIVE HEPATIC FAILURE DEVELOPMENT AT RIGHT-SIDE HEMIHEPATECTOMY ON PRIMARY, METASTATIC AND BENIGN NEOPLASMS OF THE RIGHT SECTION OF LIVER

摘要

The method for prediction of risk degree of post-operative hepatic failure development at right-side hemihepatectomias at primary, metastatic and benign neoplasms of the right section of liver is realized through evaluation of functional state of the left section of liver. At that additionally liver trepanobiopsy is carried out under control of ultrasonic investigation out of zone of affection of tumor growth, biopsy material is studied with microscopic investigation with following quantitative complex evaluation of morpho-functional state of liver parenchyma by average characteristics of nucleocytoplasmic ratio of hepatocytes and specific volume of stroma, and depending on the values of the characteristics of the nucleocytoplasmatic ratio of hepatocytes minimal or maximal degree of risk of development of hepatic failure in early post-operative period is predicted.
