A method for correction of local lymphocoagulation at pancreatitis comprising the medication administering and fibrinolytic medication mixture (0.25% novocaine solution - 100 ml Heparin - 1 ml (OD 5000), solution of nicotinic acid, 1% calculated for 1 ml per patient's body weight) is administered directly into the parapancreatic fiber by sonographically-controlled percutaneous puncture to the Lesgaft Grunfeld triangle- area.
