A device for generation of the occlusion plane of the superior occlusion rim and its labeling with anthropometric reference marks contains the occlusion plate matching the dentition with the handle and two parallel vertical rods fitting the openings of the demountable carriage with the L-shaped reference plates and the extension screw for moving and locking the carriage along the rods of the occlusion plate (Larin's apparatus). The device also contains the extra demountable carriages. One of such extra carriages contains the holes for the rods of the occlusion plate and the extension screw. Two poles are installed with mounted horizontal ruler. The other extra demountable carriage is installed onto the handle of the occlusion plate designed as the horizontal guide containing the mounted fixed central vertical guide and two side vertical guides.
