TECHNIQUE FOR ANODERMOPLASTY FOLLOWING EXCISION OF ANAL FISSURE

A technique for anodermoplasty following the excision of the anal fissure comprises the fixation of the flap over the wound surface with the interrupted biodestructive sutures. The sutures are applied onto the mucous-submucous fragment that is brought down by the stepwise fixation of the lateral edges of the wound and mucous-muscular flap with step-by-step cut of the distal mucous-cutaneous fragment involving the anal fissure.
