METHOD FOR STUDYING NEUROTOXICITY OF CHLOROPIRIPHOS IN CULTURED NERVOUS CELLS

摘要

A method for studying the neurotoxicity of chloropiriphos in the cultured nervous cells comprises the analysis of chloropiriphos effects on the growth and function of the neurons of hippocampus in cell culture. The cells are incubated with chloropiriphos at the doses of 5, 15 and 30 μM for 24, 48, 72 hours followed by fluorescent microscopy of the live cells under each set of the experimental conditions.
