METHOD FOR PREDICTING HEMORRHAGIC COMPLICATIONS IN THERAPY WITH INDIRECT ANTICOAGULANTS

The method for predicting the hemorrhagic complications in the therapy with the indirect anticoagulants comprises the individualization of the therapy. Prior to anticoagulant therapy, the gene polymorphism of VKORC1 gene is studied. The genotype AA1639 and GA1639 one suggests that the daily dose of Warfarin should be reduced.
