The device for the decompression and the enteral alimentation of the patients with gastrectomy contains the three-arm hollow tube containing lateral apertures with the inlet valves. The lateral apertures with the inlet valves are located on the auxiliary arms of the device. The apertures with outlet valves are located distally.
