TECHNIQUE FOR RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY FOLLOWING GASTRECTOMY ACCORDING TO ROUX WITH TAILORING OF INTESTINAL RESERVOIR AND ACTUATION OF DUODENUM

The technique for the reconstructive surgery following gastrectomy according to Roux with the tailoring of the intestinal reservoir and the actuation of the duodenum comprises the cut of the efferent loop of jejunum at the distance of proximal from Roux enteroanastomosis, the folding of the loop as double loop or U-shaped loop and its suturing with suture apparatus along 12-. Then the double loop of jejunum is anastomosed with the duodenal stump generating the intestinal reservoir (jejunogastroplasty) incorporating the duodenum into digestion. Finally, the efferent loop of jejunum is blinded proximally to anastomosis.
