A method for energy detection of short non-modulated radio-signals and sequential estimation of the initial phases and Doppler frequencies of those, and the phase difference between the main and azimuth channels is based on check of statistical hypotheses by the criterion of average risk minimum and uses the energy probability relation for detection of time interval where the energy ratio of probability exceeds the threshold of detection with set probability of error alarms, and performs evaluation of the initial phase and Doppler frequency of radio-signal at that time interval at sequential adding the mix of input radio-signal and the noise with the set of reference expected radio-signals with variable initial phase and frequency on the set of possible values of those with different discreteness. It uses the additional azimuth channels with different bases with same evaluation of the initial phase by measurements of Doppler frequency in the main radio-channel and determines the differences of the initial phases of the radio-signals between the main and the azimuth radio-channels for evaluation of the angular position of the target.
