摘要

A method for production of basic oils and multifunctional additives for compositions of lubricating materials is based on two-stage chemical oils modification. On the first stage oils ethanolysis is carried out, for example, colza oil or sunflower oil, at molar ratio of oil:ethanol equal to 1:(4(6), in the presence of 0.08(0.32 moles of alkali catalyst at the temperature of 15(70 °C for 15-40 minutes with subsequent isolation of ethyl ether of colza oil (etherol) or sunflower oil (ethesol) with yield of 91(99 %; and during the second stage by gradual heating of etherol (ethesol) with grinded sulphur to 130-150 °C for 10-20 minutes with subsequent temperature increasing to 160-165 °C and ageing at these conditions for 20-30 minutes, etherol-nS or ethesol-nS (where n=1-46 wt. % of chemically combined sulphur) are produced with the yield of 89-100%.
