A press for manufacturing hollow brick consists of a frame, a loading hopper with a dispenser, a control panel of press, a hydraulic unit, which drives the upper and lower opposite connected power hydraulic cylinders, which are located between the uprights, and on stocks of which punches are mounted, between which a die is located with emptiness-formers attached thereto and made in the form of vertically oriented solid cylinders, preferably of circular section, which are mounted in two rows. Under upper punch a gas distribution chamber is located, to which a removable plate with vertical holes for passage of emptiness-formers is hermetically attached, wherein the gas distribution chamber covers all vertical openings in the removable plate and is connected to the compressed air network.
