The device for modeling effects of laser on multilayer microbiological material contains the unit of the selection of maximal temperature value entering the comparator. The allowable temperature value enters the second input of comparator. The results of the comparison are transferred to the first input of the unit for calculating the parameters of the laser. The calculated values of the parameters are transferred to the input of actuator unit. The device also contains the following units: the unit for grid model variable structure and parameters for modeling the boundary problem for the system of differential equations for the physical processes in multilayer microbiological material, the unit for setting the parameters of the grid model, the recording unit, and the unit for data input. The first output of the unit for data input is connected to the input of the unit for setting the parameters of the grid model. The output of the latter represents the first input of the unit for the grid model. The input of the unit for the grid model represents the first output of the actuator unit. The second output of the actuator unit is the input of the recording unit. The third output of the unit for data input is connected to the second input of the unit for calculating the parameters of the laser.
