METHOD FOR PRODUCING BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCE FROM WALNUT OF MILKY WAX RIPENESS

A method for producing a biologically active substance from walnut of milky wax ripeness comprises use of pre-washed crude fruits of green of walnut, their grinding into a homogeneous mass, infusion in an aqueous solution of ethanol, extraction, filtration and cooling. Pre-grinding the raw material is carried up to a particle size of 10 × 10 mm, the extraction process is conducted in a container of non-corrosive material with a stirrer protected against light and air under ambient temperature of 18-20 °C for 18-20 days. 50% sugar syrup is used as an extractant syrup.
