METHOD FOR PREDICTING ACUTE CONDITION OF CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF GENITAL ORGANS IN PATIENTS OF FERTILE AGE FOLLOWING TREATMENT

The method for predicting the acute condition of the chronic inflammatory diseases of the genital organs in the patients of the fertile age following the treatment provides for studying the parameters of the reproductive health. The following parameters are assessed: F1 – herpes virus type 2; F2 – Staphylococcus aureus; F3 – Escherichia coli; F4 – Candida; F5 – Klebsiella; F6 – Chlamydia; F7 – elevated IgG; F8 – elevated IgM; F9 – elevated IgA; F10 – elevated estradiol in secretory phase of menstrual cycle; F11 – decreased progesterone in secretory phase of menstrual cycle; F12 – hyperplasia of endometrium; F13 – nerve stress working conditions; F14 – impaired menstrual function (hyperpolymenorrhea); F15 – discharges from genital tract; F16 – erosion of cervix uteri; F17 – hyperemia of the vulvar mucosa. F=1 if positive and F=0 if negative. The correlation coefficients for each parameters are inserted into the formula: FR = (1*0,5793) + (1*0,5813) + (1*0,5648) + (1*0,5537) + (1*0,4437) + (1*0,3916) + (1*0,3892) + (1*0,3352) + (1*0,3349) + (1*0,3783) + (1*0,2953) + (1*0,2349) + (1*0,2481) + (1*(-0,2674)) + (1*0,2079) + (1*0,1892) + (1*0,1512) when FR is below 2, the probability of the said acute condition in 3 years following the treatment of the inflammatory of external and internal genital organs is low; when FR is within 2-4, the probability of the said acute condition in 3 years following the treatment of the inflammatory of external and internal genital organs is intermediate; when FR is within 4-6, the probability of the said acute condition in 3 years following the treatment of the inflammatory of external and internal genital organs is high
